Paul is also a leading light in Northeast Ohio's tech community, serving on the advisory board for OHTec (formerly NEOSA) and the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) since 1998.
A former nurse, Cindy takes care of the entire staff, making sure everyone gets paid, keeps learning on the job, and never goes hungry. When she’s not organizing lunch-n-learns or employee appreciation events, Cindy puts her multifaceted skills to work handling the company’s books. Outside ProgressBook, she enjoys volunteering at school and church, and spending quality time with family.

He oversees the teams responsible for providing stable systems for staff and customers, ensuring product quality, and delivering service and support to customers. Whether it's training, support, product implementation, upgrades or documentation, Rob promotes a proactive approach among staffers to keep customers happy and loyal. Hailing from Minnesota, he's a devoted husband, dad, grandfather and handyman - specializing in home improvement and car repair.
