Student medical absences

Did you know . . . ?

If you have a student who is not attending classes due to a medical concern, StudentInformation can now assign this student a medical excused absence type.

These medically excused absences are excluded from House Bill 410 Excessive Absences threshold calculations. They will also be excluded from attendance calculations for the Excessive Absences threshold on the Student Absence Intervention screen.

Watch this short tutorial video to see how easy it is to add this medical absence type in StudentInformation!
