Our Company Culture
We want to serve a purpose, whether that’s helping the education industry, helping each other achieve our personal goals, or helping each other grow. We also have a passion for learning. Every month, we hold Lunch ’n’ Learn presentations where we not only share a meal, but also share information during our Knowledge Transfer Weeks. Additionally, we believe in innovation. We are always seeking new ways to accomplish tasks and goals, such as adopting the Six Thinking Hats model for our discussions.
Something else that is important to us is striking a balance between working hard and having fun. We love holding social activities that focus on wellness, community, team building, and learning. Not only do we care for education, we also care for each other. We enjoy sharing our knowledge and skills with one another as well as sharing a few laughs.
